- Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight

- Supports staff and facilitates staff development
- Collaborates with Board of Directors to implement organizational goals and objectives
- Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
- Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
Kylee Martin, Forensic Interviewer
- Conducts forensic interviews of children 2-17 and adults with developmental disabilities
- Facilitates MDT meetings
- Trains community members and community partners regarding child abuse, prevention, etc.
- Testifies as fact & expert witness
Carolyn Quedens, Family Advocate
- Preps parents for Forensic Interviews
- Provides ongoing client and parent support through life of case
- Coordinates referrals for aftercare services for clients and parents

- Provides support to children during the forensic interview and continues throughout the criminal justice process
